McGregor Bay Lodge

 

  Nestled in a quiet corner of Georgian Bay, McGregor Bay is a protected area of Lake Huron with miles of sparkling water dotted with both rocky and wooded islands alike.

  This little piece of paradise is private, but easily accessible. You will feel like you are worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but McGregor Bay is close to major highways and within a day’s drive of many large cities in the U.S. and Canada.

Driving Directions:

OVERLAND: Take Trans-Canada Hwy. 17 to Hwy. 6.  Go South on Hwy. 6, through Espanola, and past Whitefish Falls to Birch Island. 

-OR-

By FERRY: Take Hwy. 6 north on the Bruce Peninsula to Tobermory.  Take the ferry (may require reservations) to South Baymouth, then continue north on Hwy. 6 to Birch Island.  For information regarding fares and scheduling of the ferry, please click this link:  http://www.ontarioferries.com/chi/english/index.html

Check with marina for current parking, boat launch, and boat taxi rates.  Boat taxi to McGregor Bay Lodge may be scheduled with marina or with us.  Please keep in mind the 3:00 p.m. check-in time when coordinating boat taxi.
